FAQ

  • If you buy a hardware encoder from us you start the subscription the first time you login. A window will pop-up where you choose what subscription you want and enter your credit card details.

    If you have been trying our service with OBS, the subscription page will appear once your trial is over and you can then sign up to continue using our service.

  • With Premiere Pro, Avid and Final Cut you don't need any extra hardware. Just follow our tutorials to get started.

    If you are using Davinci Resolve or other color grading systems you need hardware to get a proper reference signal. First an output video card to send the signal out of your computer, for example Blackmagic UltraStudio. Then connect the video card to our hardware encoder, or loop the signal back into your computer with a capture card and stream with OBS.

  • Yes, the subscription is either monthly, quarterly or yearly depending on your preference and you can cancel it to only pay for one month/quarter/year at a time.

  • Unlike many other services, we do not charge extra for data usage. You can stream as much as you want to your chosen number of concurrent viewers.
